    Sarah Morris
Sarah is a registered Nutritional Therapist who specialises in working with children. Sarah trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and is registered with The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Sarah has undertaken postgraduate courses in children's health and a 12-month mentorship programme with the Fertility Nutrition Centre, enabling her to ensure that she has up to date qualifications and knowledge to help support her clients. Sarah believes that diet and lifestyle play a crucial role in children's current and future health but understands that creating and maintaining a healthy and nourishing diet for children and families while juggling the demands of modern life can be challenging. Sarah's goal is to alleviate this stress by supporting busy families in making easy and lasting health and nutrition changes which will help them reach their health goals and foster a positive relationship with food. Sarah started her career in the media in London but after seeing the positive effects that nutritional changes had on her own health she retrained as a Nutritional Therapist. Being a mother to two children inspired Sarah to work with families and specialise in children’s health. Sarah incorporates child-friendly functional testing and supplements into her practice to support dietary and lifestyle changes, guiding families towards achieving optimal health.

As a nurse I was always eager to use a holistic and patient centered approach, especially while working as a Palliative Care, Community Clinical Nurse Specialist. As a Yoga Therapist I am passionate about the therapeutic benefits yoga therapy can bring to my clients. I work in partnership with them, working out what is important to them and together agreeing a holistic plan, combining a whole mind body approach and drawing on both my extensive nursing oncology and palliative care experience. I use yogic tools available to help manage symptoms, whether physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual. I support my clients to navigate their journey from diagnosis through treatment and beyond, maximizing quality of life.
  • Follow up consultations are designed to give you and your practitioner time together to review your progress since your last visit and for you to work together with your health practitioner to empower you to take the next step on your health journey. Becki Drewett
Becki graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy and later completed an MSc. She is registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, an HCPC member, and a member of ACPOP, APCP, BSIO, BNOS, and is DBS checked. She has trained at the prestigious Frazier Rehabilitation Institute in the USA on their paediatric programme. Becki is a highly experienced, skilled, and qualified physiotherapist, specialising in complex care, movement difficulties, and restorative therapeutic exercise across both paediatric and adult services. She utilises a diverse range of evidence-informed therapeutic practices, focusing on whole-body rehabilitation, pain management, and physiotherapeutic movement. Her approach empowers children, their families, young people, and adults to achieve their personal and specific physical goals. Her mission is to enable every individual she works with to manage the physical symptoms of living with cancer and those that persist into survivorship regain control of their health through movement that brings joy and allows them to strive for their best selves. Cancer and its treatments affect multiple bodily systems, often leading to decreased strength, stamina, mobility, pain and functional losses. Pre-rehabilitation and rehabilitation as early as possible, and continuing lifelong, is optimal when considering health outcomes and the minimisation of latent effects. Current evidence suggests that movement, including appropriate exercise, is safe throughout the cancer journey and beyond. Becki is passionate about delivering this in age-appropriate ways that encapsulate holistic management and drives enthusiasm and importantly ownership of living with cancer and beyond.

As a physiotherapist, I strongly believe in movement as a form of rehabilitation. I am focused on treating the root cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. This can take time and effort but you will reap long term benefits. If you feel you need more hands on 1:1 guidance in the early stages, it is possible to do 1:1 Pilates sessions with me to help you gain body awareness, strength, mobility and confidence moving. I also use manual therapy, taping, acupuncture, ScarWork and soft tissue release where appropriate to support rehabilitation across a broad range of circumstances from perinatal and surgical support to cancer.

  • Pilates sessions have elements of mobility, flexibility and strengthening. The aim is to work towards always coming back to the perfect postural stance, thus retraining our bodies awareness of where it is (proprioception) and helping encourage this to feed into our daily lives. It is a gentle but powerful way to build strength.

I also use manual therapy, taping, acupuncture, ScarWork and soft tissue release where appropriate to support rehabilitation across a broad range of circumstances from perinatal and surgical support to cancer.
  • Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability and reduce injury risk in the future. You may be asked to remove some clothing to get a good look at what is happening with your body so please bring appropriate comfortable clothing, such as shorts and a strappy top. If appropriate, some hands-on treatment may carried out in the sessions, such as soft tissue release, mobilisations, facilitation, correction of form and encouraging good motor control.

  • Following a full postural review and a thorough assessment for diastasis recti, prolapse and incontinence, our experienced physiotherapy specialist can help you rebuild strength from the foundations up. Together you can also work towards safely returning to running or other physical activity. You may be asked to remove some clothing to get a good look at what is happening with your body, so please bring appropriate comfortable clothing, such as shorts and a strappy top. If appropriate, some hands-on treatment may carried out in the sessions, such as soft tissue release, mobilisations, facilitation, correction of form and encouraging good motor control.

It is now widely recognised that nutritional therapy is a valuable tool in cancer prevention and for support prior, during and post treatment. Being told you have cancer can be truly life changing: most patients feel that control over their life has been taken away from them. My goal is to help my clients to feel heard and supported and to regain some of this lost control through food, self-care and lifestyle whilst helping them to navigate through the enormous amount of conflicting information that we are all exposed to on a daily basis. Whilst there are never any guarantees, there is ample scientific evidence showing that taking charge of our diet and lifestyle can help tip the balance in our favour. Everybody is different, every diagnosis is different, therefore, every nutritional plan is tailored to my clients’ needs, circumstances and abilities.

Her academic background is originally in psychology where she studied at the University of Athens, Greece. In 2016 she was diagnosed with Grade IV lymphoma (a form of blood cancer) and was disappointed at the lack of integrative support and poor nutritional knowledge of her standard medical team. She has also studied with Dr Nina Fuller Shavel since 2020, completing both the NTEC certified Systems Approach to Cancer course and the Advanced Practitioner Module in Breast Cancer. She is also an ongoing member of Dr Nina’s close mentorship group, benefiting and learning from her vast knowledge & experience. Korina’s special areas of interest are blood cancers (haematological malignancies) and breast cancer. She has a keen interest in complex health cases where she combines both her behavioural science and nutritional therapy knowledge. Korina always follows a personalised, evidence-based approach to nutrition support and is experienced in using additional functional testing approaches, e.g. gut microbiome assessment and nutrigenomics testing.
